Made of food-grade stainless steel, this pot is perfect for boiling lobster, crab, goulash, chicken, soups, and more for large crowds. It is great for both commercial and home cooking.

Featuring a 3-ply base construction, this pot has a 3mm thick base with one layer of pure aluminum core sandwiched between two stainless steel layers. This construction eliminates hotspots effectively, ensuring optimal thermal absorption and transmission. The layers of aluminum core also help with heat storage, contributing to faster and energy-saving cooking while preserving the nutritional value of the food.

This pot is suitable for all types of stoves, including gas, electric, halogen, induction, and glass hobs. It is oven-safe up to 482℉ (250°C) without the lid and 266℉ (130°C) with the glass lid. While dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the stainless steel shine.

The pot comes with a see-through tempered glass lid with a steam vent to release excess vapors, allowing you to monitor your cooking easily. The ergonomic stainless steel handles provide a comfortable grip, and the riveted design reduces heat conduction.
