Do not store corrosive substances for a long time in the carbon steel wok, as it is not a storage container. Do not wash in the dishwasher, and do not use stainless steel sponges.

Our carbon steel wok has no chemical coating and is pre-seasoned at high temperatures over 1000F using nitrogen treatment for excellent resistance to wear, fatigue, corrosion, and high temperatures.
